Welcome! I'm That College Coach, Caz Gaddis. 

Together we create an intentional and strategic plan for your student’s success through their high school, college, and career pathways.

That College Coach offers whole-student advising for students (and their families) looking to gain clarity on the process of transitioning from high school to college life and emerging adults to fulfilling career paths.

We partner with families to explore the student’s vision for their academic future and professional path while optimizing their mindset, marketability, and momentum to get there.

5 Things About me (and how that helps us!):

#1: I am a first-generation American and first-generation college graduate. I understand how it can feel and have been there myself.

#2: Over 600+ hours coached and counting! I'm a Certified Professional Coach specializing in Energy Leadership - our self-leadership in both our personal and professional sides of life. It's not "just" getting into college, there are many life choices that we get to explore together through coaching and gain a clearer vision of. 

#3: Over 6+ years of experience in Higher Education Administration - working everywhere between First Year Experience, Parent Programs, International Services, and Financial Aid. I carry all of that experience into our conversations and research.

#4: I'm a PhD student in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University (expected 2026). I will support you through whole-person and sustainable success.

#5: I'll be adding a certificate in ADHD Coaching to my toolbox in 2024. So helping support you in accountability, focus strategies, and emotional resilience is right up my alley!

#Bonus: Fluent in both English & Spanish, some German. 🇩🇴🇩🇪
